Default 1982 Suzuki gs850l

I recently rebuilt the engine and didn't mark where I needed to put the cam shafts back on. Does anyone know where I need to put both of the cams when cylinder one and four are about to fire? I have the service manual, but it only says:
17 degrees B.T.D.C below 1 500 r/min and
37 degress B.T.D.C below 2 500 r/min
I found a you tube video online, but when I timed it to those specs they were off and I am getting 0 compression.
