Default Timing Issues After A Valve Set??

Hello i recently performed a valve set on my bike. It is a 2012 450f. And the timing now seems to be out a little bit. I marked the cams and put it to TDC when i set them. But the crankshaft must have moved? Does anyone know if there is marks on the cam and what position they have to be in? Any pics or help would be awesome!

Yes there are marks on the gears of the cams. They should have dots on either side and they should be dead even with the top of the cylinder head but pointed outwards. That being said I am having the same issue with my 250. So, goodluck.
