Default Bandit 1250 instrument cluster pinout

Hi, im new to this forum and as most of the new guys, I'm looking for advice.

I recently bought a 2007 Bandit 1250 with very low miles. I don't really like the style of it so I'm converting it to a naked bike.

When I removed the fairing (which was cracked pretty bad anyway) I realized that the mount of the instrument cluster is not mounted on the fork and part of the whole fairing structure. Meaning if I remove that mount, I lose the speeder and techometer.

I'm planing to replace the instrument cluster as the parts for the housing are ridiculous expensive (roughly $500 for some plastic ). I decided to go with an aftermarket cluster from Koso and are facing now the challenge to rewire it. What I'm looking for is the pinout for the original instrument cluster to connect the new speedometer. I stopped at 2 Suzuki dealers and both were overwhelmed by that task.

Does anyone has a hint where to find that information?

Thanks and ride save
