2006 Suzuki Boulevard c90 Died?

This afternoon, I went to start my 2006 Suzuki Boulevard. I turned the key and the bikes lights came on and the normal sounds were emitted. However, when I pushed the start button, the bike went completely dead. No lights, nothing. Now when I turn the key I get nothing. I checked and there was a fuse blown (the one labeled "P-SOURCE"). The main 30A fuse is fine, and all of the rest of them are fine as well (now).

The battery is showing 10V and the block on which the 30A fuse sits is also showing 10V. I'm at a loss at what else to check (I don't think there's any other fuses), so if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it!

(and I checked the kill switch on the handlebar, and that's not the issue)

Is that 10 volts measured or indicated by some bike mounted gauge? I ask because 10 volts out of a 12 volt battery is an indication of a dead battery. The actual voltage of a "healthy" 12 volt automotive/motomotive(? ;-) ) battery should be in the 13.2 to 12.8 measured voltage range. A meter, even if it's never been calibrated, is a better indicator than a bike's voltmeter. So, measured or indicated?
Assuming that it was measured by a "real" voltmeter, that battery is either very flat or has one or more cells damaged. That doesn't account for the blown fuse (I have no idea if the "P-SOURCE" fuse is in the starting circuitry or not and/or if it's associated with your problem) but you gotta provide the needed voltage and amperage or it won't work regardless. Try it with another, known good battery and start over with that.
