C90 Blowing Main Fuse
 

I have a 2007 C90 that has blown the main fuse twice in the last three months. The mechanics cannot find anything wrong and cannot repeat the problem. This shuts the whole bike down, engine, lights and all! Is anyone else having this issue?

I had the same problem 3 days ago. Was riding through NYC on a very hot day and after idiling in traffic for about an hr the main fuse blew. I am on the same path as u trying to find out the cause. After i replaced the fuse 3 times it held the third time but my speedometer and odometer are not working. The needle for the speedometer rests at 0 and the odometer is illuminated and shows 6357 miles but does not increment at all! I'm wonder if the extreem heat may have caused something to short or melt in the instrument cluster as it sits directly ontop of the motor. If you find anything let me know and I will do the same.
