C90T Boss

Just purchased a new C90T Boss. Has anyone experienced a high pitched noise while riding. I plan on having it checked at the dealer next time I am down there but wanted to see if anyone else experienced this so I had a good idea what could be causing the issue.
Thanks

I haven't notice any high pitched noise at all.

Me neither, in fact the bike is too quiet, i am looking to get louder pipes or somehow change my baffles so I can be heard. Has anyone else found a way to make the pipes louder without affecting the engine calibration?

I agree. The pipes need to be louder. I've checked around and as of now no one makes pipes for it. I've read that the baffles can't be removed. I had a m50 prior to the BOSS and purchased flat black pipes from V&H and they sounded fantastic. Hopefully they will make one to fit the C90 BOSS.

c 90 t boss high pitched noise

Yes I have also experienced this noise when the bike had fewer miles on it. There is about 5000 miles on it now and I rarely hear it . It seems to be going away.It seems to be coming from the trans in 3rd gear.

Bob, Thanks for the reply.

One day while riding my BOSS the cover on the right side that mirrors the one that covers the tool storage on the left fell off. I went back to the delership and suzuki would not replace it. The bike was still under warranty but I had to buy another one for $70 if i remember correctly when I installed it I noticed that it was loose. it was missing a rubber grommet. ordered that and haven't had any problems. A few months later the same thing happened to another BOSS owner. Check to see if the bottom grommet is in place on yours. the cover has two pins on the top that fit into rubber grommets and one on the bottom.
