Default Engine Bar

I have a 2007 Suzuki Boulevard C50T and wanted to add an engine bar to it. I looked up several brands and I am not sure which one goes better with the bike. I notice that the OEM bar is kind of small and I am not sure how that serves the purpose of it and whether I can install highway pegs on it or not. I liked the Cobra Fatty Bar, but I believe that that is a little to close to the ground and am afraid that it will scrape the pavement when leaning. What do you suggest it is the best alternative? Thanks.

Default RE: Engine Bar

i own the c90t and chose the cobra fatty bars. They look great and dont seam to be loo low to the ground. if i were to tip it that far over, i think it would scare the hell out of me before they ever touched. All of the manufacurers will state that they are purely comsetic and are not inteded to withstand much of a force against them (a standing still drop maybe, highway speed wreck-no way) but as for the foot pegs, the fatty bars will be stronger for that, but if you get the 1-1/2" bars like i did, the clamps are available, but less to choose from.
