Default New Rider- aftermarket exhaust question

Hi all,
I just bought my very first bike back in May (I'm 51 years old). Its a 2007 Boulevard C50. I have come to really enjoy riding and love the bike. The previous owner took really good care of it. The only thing I want to do is change the exhaust pipes. I have been looking at the vance and hines and the cobras. I want a little better "growl" but nothing so loud as to set off car alarms. Looking for suggestions. Also, is it necessary to add a fuel management tuner?
Thanks

My c 50 gets great mileage I would not add the tuner.. My vance's are just right pretty sure my neighbors will say they're loud but nowhere near my new to me straight piped Sportster lol enjoy it great first bike i don't regret it one bet I will keep it till she's not worth fixing plus lots of used parts around
