Passing lamps
 
Hey guys I'm new to the motorcycle scene, I recently purchased an 05 boulevard c50 and I am wondering when the passing lamps are supposed to be on or off. On my bike they stay off when the low beam is on and come on with the high beam. Just curious if that's right or not.
