oil on rear brake
Hi Guys
My girlfriend has a 2005 M50 which she loves, however the rear brake faded so much it wouldnt stop the bike. No big deal, I pulled the tire off to change the pads and they are covered in gear oil.
I cleaned them with brake clean and we rode about another month, no brakes again. Again when I pulled the hub I found gear ol on the pads. I have the oil seal and two O rings on order to repair.
Just wondering if any one else has had this issue?
It appears that the oil migrates across the shaft and gets into the brake side.
