Suzuki Boulevard M50 Tail Light Problem
I purchased a Suzuki Boulevard M50 in Macrh and have about 1200 miles on it. I noticed the other day that when I parked it in the garage the tail light was still on even though I had shut off the key and locked the steering. When I turned the key to the start position and the system statup and fuel pump were done priming I turned the bike back to off and the light went out. I thought it might be a one time thing but now its happening almost everytime I ride it. The only way to get the taillight to go off is turn the key to start and turn it back off. Any suggestions?

Don't even mess with it. Your under warranty so bring it to the dealer.

RE: Suzuki Boulevard M50 Tail Light Problem
Don't do anything, except read your owners manual. There are 4 steps to the key (On, Off, Lock, and Park) and you were on the Park, not Lock. When the key is turned to Park, wheel stays locked and the taillight remains on for safety purposes. I think it is a good idea myself, prevents old farts from backing into it, especially when your bike is blacked out. Try it out!

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't remember putting it in the park selection, but I could have. I'll look at the manual and see if thats it.
