SUZUKI C50

Just bought my bike on the 20th of June and by the 23rd it was at service for an oil leak around the shaft drive area. Does anyone have this problem? I have taken the bike back three times for the same thing....

I haven't yet, but I've heard if the rear wheel isn't put on correctly the shaft drive can leak.
