1998 suzuki swift cino running problem!

Hey just wondering if anyone has any ideas about my girlfriends Suzuki swift? It first started when she started the car and had to run inside for a second and the car stalled, and when we went to start it again it was like it had a flat battery i checked the battery and topped it with water and it started again with a jump start.. This must have been a coincidence because the next time it happened it wouldnt start at all and the time after. i narrowed it down to possible being fuel pump or the wiring to it, tested the pump it was ok, had a play around with wires testing them for power, resistance etc..after these tests the car now starts all the time and runs without missing a beat.. could the problem have been in the wiring and when playing with them made them work. Or does anyone have any other ides for this intermitant problem???? Thanks for your help

You just did the wirings and it work? You didn't put fuel on it. Some problem that car don't start is not enough fuel. But maybe its the wiring problem you and your girl fixed is the main problem. Damn to much PROBLEM on my post. lol...
