1993 Suzuki GN125 No Crank No Start
 

I just bought a 1993 Suzuki GN125. When I press the start button, nothing happens, is it my starter? I am using a car for battery power. Also, when I turn the key all the way, all of the electronics cut off. The all work when the key is in the second to last position. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
