95 rf600r problems please help!

I recently purchased this bike, the fuel pump was making a loud clacking so i replaced it with an aftermarket pump. I also replaced the coils and plugs..its getting spark but it seems week..and cleaned the carbs up..bike still wont run.. any suggestions. Please help! Thank u
