bike wont start relay doesn't even click
 

I have an 83 suzuki gs 550 es and i recently bought a new ignitor box for it the bike has not run since i bought it however it would crank. now i got the new box put on and it wont even crank, the bike did sit outside for a few days and before that it did crank, now it has nothing i noticed that the ignition fuse was blown so i took the headlight fuse also a 10 amp fuse and took its place and the bike still didn't crank the starter realay also is not clicking any suggestions?
