FI Light On

Hello everyone. I new to Suzuki having just purchased an 05 GSXR 1000. Bike has 4300kms on it and the FI light just came on. The bike will run, but chugs during acceleration. Is this a common issue? Would really appreciate some feedback. What should I be checking and so on?

I have only ridden the bike 4 times and put roughly 300kms on it. Before this light incident I am floored at what a great bike Suzuki makes. I'm an ex Honda rider, LOL. 5 Hondas all bought new and 3 of them where nightmares! What a pile of **** Honda makes. Besides the reliablilty issues with Honda, that tranny in the GSXR is damn smooth and obviously the power is ridiculous! Please help reassure me that I have bought a better brand! Thanks, Nick
