Question Intruder 1400 Popping and no power

(I believe this is in the wrong section and if it is please move to the right spot, thank you!)
Hello all, I just bought myself a '99 Intruder 1400 VS. I didn't see a spot for intruders in any of the sub forums so not sure if it's referred to by a different name or not. I also own an '01 Marauder 800 which again not sure if it's referred to by another name.

Anyway, on to my question.

The intruder 1400 is popping a lot on one side. It also has no power when trying to accelerate. I put new spark plugs in it and it started popping more and I noticed on occasion in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear I could some times get it to pop and I would feel the sudden increase in power but it would last only a second or two.

I don't "think" it is bad gas but not 100%. On Monday I am going to have my step brother help me pull the carbs and clean them and clean out the gas tank. It was mentioned that it could possibly be the coils.

I will be uploading a video soon with the popping and it puffing a little white smoke only out one side. This was taking after about a 30-45 minute ride at about 70-75 mph. It was hard to keep it at that speed with the hills where I am at and it not having much power.

I am looking for suggestions on a possible cause other than the spark plugs as I have replaced thoughs. I don't have a service manual yet but I found online that they should be 0.35 gap? Just making sure that is correct.

Thank you for reading and the video should be up in about an hour or so.

EDIT:
I thought I had a better video but here is one right after the ride. I shut it off to switch into neutral as I think the clutch needs to be bled out. I have to pump the clutch to get it to shift and use a lot of force when bike is running. So after getting it in neutral I started it and let it idle for 5 to 10 minutes. The popping slowed down a lot after a few minutes.
