Katana 600 having trouble starting cold
 

I have a 1999 Katana 600f that I just got. It's having trouble starting up when the engine is cold. If you give it throttle, it'll stall instantly. BUT, once I get it started and ride it for a little while I have no trouble starting it back up. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks ahead of time!
