new bike will idle but won't rev
 

Bought my '02 Bandit today, got it home and was tinkering with it. Bike is in fantastic shape but hasn't been ridden much.

When I first start her up, using the choke she idles just fine. Even after a few minutes she putters along at 1000rpm or so. If you twist the throttle even slightly it immediatly dies. Normally I'm thinking not enough, or way too much fuel. I know the carbs need to be recalibrated, any help would be appreciated until I can get a manual and figure it out.
