Running problems on gsx600f

Question Running problems on gsx600f
suzuki gsx600f 1991 model. was stood, now has fresh petrol,plugs but still spluttering after 25 miles running. revs ok in neutral but soon as you get moving and demand high revs it sputters like mad with an occaisonal backfire. ive used a multi meter on it running and its only returning 11volts instead of 14. HELP.

I think its a serious problem,its better to go and meet a good mechanic and get you car checked.
