stiff clutch

i have a 2001 gsxr 600. the clutch is very hard to squeeze, any suggestions on how to make it softer to squeeze, i dont have the strongest hands.

dose it have a hydrolic clutch if so it may have a blockage in the line between the master and slave cyclinder try to bleed it off
