Testing technology for insurance company?

Hello everybody,

i am working for a big insurance company. Specifically,
I am dealing with estimation of damage and further with research how damage actually occured.
We are currently looking to improve our tech regarding the testing of material deformation. Which forces were acting on material, how much destruction happen in a specific scenario.
We are looking to improve our technology in the area of Thermomechanical Analysis. Those products here are interesting for us: Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA).

Does anybody here have knowledge regarding what to buy?
What are the main differences between the PT 1000 and the PT 1600?
