My son just got his bike shipped from Kanehoe Bay (he bought it off another Marine). I recharged the battery, checked all fuzes but no start. Won't even crank. All lights, horn etc.etc. work. I hear what I guess is a fuel pump when I turn the key. No owners manual. Any help troubleshooting would be appreciated. Thanks
