I recently bought a 2001 GSXR 600. Love the bike. When the bike is in motion, the front brake pads make a clicking noise and the left pads drag on the rotor. The calipers are Tokico. I know that there are two clips missing from the calipers (one from each side). they are held in by two bolts each. I've heard they are called springs, anti rattle clips, or dust covers. Does anyone know if I found these and put them back on, would it stop the pads from clicking? Any ideas on the left pads dragging? If you would like to see the clips i'm talking about, go to:

those springs probably provide steady tension on the pads, so in my opinion, yes, a new clip woudl help.
