Greetings, need a little help.
 

Greetings fellow suzuki enthusiasts. I've run into an issue which i can't seem to diagnose and i need you help with it.

I own a 2006 GSR 600, the reason why i'm posting it here is because my issue is engine related, and if i know well, it should have the engine from the 2005 GSXR, so i'm hoping some1 has some information about this.

When i start the bike cold it takes twice as much to start compared to warm(this is not bothering me so much) and when it starts it makes a horrible vibrating sound coming from the cam chain side. The thing i could compare it to would be a vibrating metal touching a thin steel plate. As the engine warms up, the noise is gone, the only way to reproduce it is to rev above 10k and when it's "un revving" around 10k you can hear it for a split of a second.

What i've tried:
-Oil is new(motul 7100 10w40)
-Took the cam chain tensioner off, cleaned it, but it back in, problem persists
-CCT wear marks show that it's halway out
-Tried to manually click the cam chain tensioner, but it doesn't want to move for some reason, feels like the tension is maxed out in the chain.

Other than that, the bike runs amazing. No power surges, has enough power, doesn't use too much fuel, not burning any oil.

I can make a video about it if any1 is interesting, using youtube the only sound i found similar to this is from 0:48. i don't have the knocking sound from the video at low idle.

So does any1 have an idea for me to try out? Or should i just take it to a mechanic?
