If I am reading it correctly, you are overpriced. Check Kelly Blue Book (kbb.com) and the local listings. I bought my 2005 Forenza wagon BRAND NEW in July 05 for slightly under $11,000. At 2 years old and 32,000 miles (which seems to be high miles), I'd expect to pay less than $8,000 for it.

I have read so many negative postings regarding the 2006 Forenza that I feel helpless. My wife purchased hers just a few months ago and these problems noted in the forum are just starting. After reading so many neg postings how does one find out if this vechile falls under the Lemon Law? Is there a Lemon Law list somewhere on the web so I can legally get rid of this vechile before itdrives me crazy?

I don't know what the trouble might be, but I bought my wife an '05 Forenza wagon almost 2 years ago. We've had no difficulty other than having to have the computer reprogrammed once at about 5,000 miles and a timing belt/water pump replacement (under recall) at 27,000 miles. Both were done at no cost and with same-day service. We're are so happy with the '05 we bought our daughter an '04 sedan to drive back and forth to college. It runs as nicely as the '05. Maybe it's because our dealer is the #1 Suzuki dealer in the US. Whatever it is, I'll get my next car there also.
