I just bought a 81 GS1000L I was wondering if anyone had some info on these older bikes. I have heard from the last three owners of this bike and they all tell me to watch it, it scared the poop out of them all. It has been sitting for 6 years and I am looking to get it up and running again. She will start but not run right. I have gone thru and clean the carbs but she dont want to stay running. It is like she is not getting enough gas. ????? Anyone got any ideas ??????
