Default Why can’t find VCM Main Block on PC after connection

Last night, one Russian customer asked me why he could not see “VCM main block” on his PC when VCM is connected, and his car is Ford.
Less than a quarter, my engineer and I help him work out that problem. Want to know how we helped him? Just read the following parts:

Tip one: why he could not see “VCM main block” as he said? In fact, “IDS” diagnostic software is VCM software setup icon.
As long as customers install VCM software correctly according to our instruction, and save “IDS” software into “C disk”, that is okay, there is easy to see “VCM main block”.

Tip two: Firstly, have to install “VCM IDS” with VCM CD. By the way, VCM is multi language options.
After finish IDS installation, how you will do? Yeah, open IDS diagnostic software. You think firstly connect VCM interface with PC and supply power?
No, it is wrong, it is operated after opening IDSdiagnostic software.

Tip three: How to connect USB, PC and VCM? Connect one interface of USB to PC, and another interface of USB to VCM,
and another interface of VCM to your car.

If you used to buy VCM from us and now confused of its installation step, or need VCM manual.
Do not hesitate to visit:www.greebid.com/. You will be told how to deal with your problem!
