stereo lights?

Hello,
I have an 06 reno and you know how the stereo lights up green around the knobs and
behind the buttons? well all the lights on my stereo have all gone out now.
Are these replaceable? if so, how?

There must be some problem in the circuit. Try to just clean it once.
