1998 rm250 High RPM Issue?
 

Hi, my 98 rm250 has an extremely high idol at start. Last time I started it, the RPMs were moderately high, but slowly crept down... I just tried to start the bike again after letting it sit for 1 day, and the throttle was pinned wide open and never came down... I checked the plug after that happened and oddly enough I had no spark... I have left all adjustments the same, and it used to run perfect! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Supermoto,I have the same problem... when i start the bike it revs high for a while and then it drops down to a standard idol speed... i think it has something to do with the floats in the res... but im new to this sport... could some one help?
