2004 RMZ250 Wont Kick Start Help :(
 

Hey all,

I have a 04 RMZ250 that will just not kick start.

It will how ever roll / bump start and run and idle with no problems.

So we pulled the head down and found one of the valves had pulled thru so head rebuild time.

Now i have had that all installed back on the bike (also put in a new piston and rings) and still wont start.

Yes checked the valve clearance was done when head was rebuilt.

Stacks of compression. (leg is so sore lol)

The only way to start is roll start.

bit lost now to where to go from here as it runs and idles fine.
