Add some DOT3 brake fluid to the resivoir and youll be fine...this happens with all new Aerios once the pads begin to seat and wear in.

Purolator, Bosch, Fram, OEM...they are easy to find and range from $5(aftermarket) to $35(OEM).

You wont find a Chiltons or Hayes manual but you can find Factory Service Manuals on Ebay for...

Could I talk you into cutting up that filter after you are done with it? Ive cut open all the filters Ive used so far...give me a few minutes and I'll post pics of em for compairison.

What year is yours? You can find 02-03 intakes by K&N as well as AEM on EBay...but Id recommend the K&N, as Ive had both...and the AEM didnt work out so good.[:@] And the K&N is a little less...

I bought my K&N from another member at another forum...I paid $65 shipped, and it included a Weapon R filter and CAI mod kit, as well as the K&N filter...I got a hella deal!

K&N dont make a CAI for us...only AEM, and the fitment/design is terrible, includes rubbing causing holes in the intake tube. But can be made to work with some engineering to keep it from happening,...

Underdrive pulley, ground wires and mufflers are all thats available for your 06 AWD...that Im currently aware of, but will slowly appear for you.(I would think)

Yeah, I can remember, but the guy no longer sells them. You might try SuzukiSpeed, the bar is made by Progress fits 02, 03 and I think 04, but not AWD models. There is a bar that SuzukiSpeed sells...

Well for starters youve only got 500 miles on her so far, shes just beginning to break in, but drive how you feel, give her some high revs every once and again, itll do the rings good to help them...

There are new alignment specs for just about every year Aerio now. But more importantly for the 04-05 AWDs. There are TSBs reguarding this, but they do read very strangely.
