2003 aerio sx stalled in a puddle

Last week we had the Nor' easter here in NY. My 2003 Aerio sx awd stalled while driving to a puddle. I did not realize how deep the puddle was. The car would not start. About 5 minutes later I pushed it out of the puddle. The puddle was about 20 inch deep. Since it was 11:30PM I left the car and came back in the AM.I removed the spark plugs and started the car, water came out. I put back the plugs. It took about 3 minutes to get the to start. Water was coming out of the tailpipe.
I drove it home but when I get to around 40MPH it was reving high. it does not go to the next gear. Also the "air bag" and the "service engine lights" are lit. I changed oil twice already and changed spark plugs.
Is the sensor damage? Help!

TIA

If they have AutoZone store in New York, take it there and have them read the code(s) from the computer. I had that done just the other day, and they read it for free and then gave me a printout of the issues, which allowed me to fix them without guessing what to do. If no AutoZone, surely one of their competitors will do the same thing for you.

I did go to autozone. The two sensors need to be replaced. I took it to the dealer. My insurance paid for everything minus deductable. The car is running fine now. Thanks for the response.
