Can someone help me troblemshoot this?

I have had my Aerio SX since 2004 (of the year model) Auto FWD has about 44000 miles on her now. Three days later I had bought a new car alarma and had it instilled by Best Buy. I have been having this problem of the Alarm system going off like clock work at 5-6 am and also 12 o'clock in the morning. At first I thought someone was massing with my ride but it's not that at all.
I'm thinking I have to replace the BATTERY or ALTNATOR? I had the guy's in Pepboys check them and they claimed it was in the norm nothing wrong. So I took my Aerio to Bestbuy were I had bought my alarm and had them check out the wiring, everything ok. Then I took it to Circuit City to have the guys check out the system wiring, everything was good. One of my friends over there told me that I might just need a new alarm system that the alarm system I bought probly has a short and it gets trig at those times. I check the fuse in both the system/alarm their still looking new and well grounded.
I had my battery charged for the first time at AutoZone one week ago and still having the same problem so I just don't arm the alarm every night ?! Any help on this issue is welcome. Thanks again.
Is it possible that I can upgrade my 70amp OEM Alternator to something higher and still use that same Terminals etc??

RE: Can someone help me troblemshoot this?

Found out what the issue was!!! Bestbuy attach the shock sensor on my steering wheel post! So it was me that loosen it. Every time I went to adjest the wheel the tie strap would move. They had this cheap tie down strap when I went to move it broke into five pieces. I put a more durable strip on but I don't think that would be the ideal place for a sensor!? When I have time I see where else would be a better location maybe against the firewall?

Look at the hole
