VS 800 1996 CoC Document
 

Hi all,
I'm trying to import Intruder 800 1996 into Serbia from Ireland, but there is no data on kW of the bike in Irish papers and because of that I have troubles importing bike.
Does anyone know where I can get a CoC type document or any other type of official document stating main engine characteristics?
This is my last resort because no one here wants to help me, and I don't know how to contact the factory, if it's even possible, for them to send me some sort of the document.
