Driver side windshield wiper doesn't move
 

Well we bought a 2004 Forenza for a commuter car for the wife and have had nothing but horrible problems with it from the start. Only has 45K miles and have had to replace the tires 1.5 times. (Had to change the front two out then put a whole new set on again.) The stereo display disappeared and now the driver side windshield wiper doesn't move.

Of course its no longer covered under a warranty so now I'm scrambling to figure out how to fix the wiper.


Anyone know how or where I can learn to fix this??
