air filter recommendation

I'm in need of a great air filter. I currently have a ****ty little 40 dollar unit, and I'm looking to upgrade. Price range is up to the 300, maybe 400 dollars, though I'd obviously like to keep it as cheap as possible.

You can find lot of air filters from different websites, I am in Canada and buy Air Filter for my Grand Vitara from Auto Parts Way. It is excellent online Canadian Store.
