Replaced Proportining valve, now blowing wheel cylinders

Hi, I have a 2003 Suzuki Grand Vitara. the original factory Load Sensing Proportioning Valve, started leaking. It was next to impossible to find a stock replacement valve, even from the dealer. I decided to install a Wilwood adjustable proportioning valve .(WIL-260-8419)

I removed the original proportioning valve, and installed the Wilwood valve according to instructions, I also installed new drums and brake shoes on both rear wheels.

After adjusting the brake shoes, so they just started to drag on the drum, then backing them off a little bit, and bleeding the brake system, I decided to try my brakes in my driveway, I blew a wheel cylinder, back wheel drivers side.

I bought a new wheel cylinder, installed it, tried my brakes out again, blew that wheel cylinder too, same side and wheel as before.

I'm not sure what is causing this to happen, which is why I'm writing, hoping someone

would have the answer. I know there wouldn't be any sense putting another wheel cylinder in, until I find out what's causing them to blow.

Would it be possible to adjust a Wilwood valve to maximum hydraulic pressure (knob turned in the whole way) and have it deliver too much hydraulic pressure to the wheel cylinder, causing it to blow.

Any help would be appreciated
Warmly
Carl Cormier
