Hi everyone I have a 2013 2.4 SZ4 3dr vitara without the wheel on the rear door. Witter do not make a bar for my vehicle so I finally found a tow bar from Tow trust. Having had an earlier vitara I know Suzuki have tow bar fixing points on the chassis even have a picture in the owners handbook showing the fixing points. Has anyone fitted a tow bar themselves to a swb vitara? the tow trust towbar instructions state "3door models only using item F (m12 bolt ) with item k (flat washer ) bolt tow bar to existing Threaded hole in the side of each chassis member. This sounds to me the tow bar is held to the vehicle chassis by 1 bolt each side I have looked there seems to be just the one hole surely that cannot be right towing sa y a caravan with the towbar held with just 1 bolt each side?? Can anyone advise on this please.
