Rm 250 Rear tire issue
 

Howdy,

Great to be apart of this forum. I have here a 2004 RM 250 I'm throwing on some Starcross 5 tires and the bead will NOT seat.
The rear rim is 19x1.85 and took off a 110/90/19 and currently trying to put on a 100/90/19, I believe it's too small and will this 10mm make the bead on seal at all? Owners manual calls for the 110/90/19.
The front is a 21x1.60 rim and using 80/100/21 and seated just fine(as per manual).

Any help to confirm my issue would be MUCH appreciated as I am doing this for my brother in law and he provided the items and I think he messed up.

The Tyre size is as follows 110 width / 90 height as % of width / 19 wheel diameter. So the 100/90/19 is just a narrower tyre it will fit its just tight, some makes are, I put about 60 psi in to get some tyres on the rims. lube on the rim will help.
