Bantam 600

I have a chance to get a 2000 bantam 600 with 1,900 miles on it for $2,500 the only problem is it was sumerged in water(clean water) all the water was drained and the oil was chasnged twice and it run perfect..... is this a good deal? and will being sumerged in water ruin the engine or anything else?

If you are willing to risk a future of electrical problems and possible engine problems that might be a good deal.
if that where me I would run away and never turn back.

Spend a few $$ and get a little better bike.
