Hi I live in the UK and am just in the process of buying a 2004 GSX 750, the bike looks absolutely mint. BUT I've noticed on the faring sides it says KATANA where all the others I've seen say GSXF.

The log bookdoesn't say anything about, 'registered overseas' and all the dates tie up. It was registered new in May 2004.

Any info would be much appreciated, gues I may just be a bit over caytious??

The KATANA is what SUZUKI called the GSXF in the states you can buy the decal on ebay so I think that is what the last owner did.
