2005 C90T Boulevard charging issues
 

I just had the stator and regulator replaced and ended up replacing the stator plug also. I've got aftermarket led highway lights, 12v plug-in, airhorn and a boss sound system wired in to a new gel battery. Airhorn uses existing horn button, lights use high beam switch, and the boss has an online switch. Just put a cobra fuel programmer on it and took out the baffles. With all this done, I'm charging at 11.9v at high rpm. Not enough to keep the battery up. Any ideas how to fix this without taking all the accessories off?
