A/C Recharge - Low Pressure Fitting

Hi, I have a 2002 XL-7 4WD Limited. Where is the Low Pressure fitting to recharge A/C? I can easily locate High Pressure Fitting right on top but I could not find Low Pressure Fitting.

Its hard to get to, it behind the grill on the left side and infront of the radiator. It has the same blue cap as the high pressure one.
