Hey I was rebuilding my bike and was cleaning out the tank valve and had it apart and that little rubber boot came apart from the base and three little metal pieces like single fan blades and a spring flew everywhere is therea certain way to reinstall those blade lookin pieces?

I put it back together how I thought was right and I can't air to go through the valve on either side. Anyone have any ideas manuals etc.
