Just got a barn find “running.” 1997 bandit 1200. Idle is rough and haven’t got carbs set quite right I don’t think. I have fuel screws 2 turns out, did what I think was a full carb clean (it was green) and not sure what I need to start with next. Think it needs the carbs synced?

 

I had the same on my 2002 last year, Turned out to be on of the o-rings gone hard in the first carb from the right.. Part 16 on this page
Could be the same for your bike.
