Hello - I have a 06 C50. When I went out to start it this morning I turned on the ignition, waited a few moments, pushed the ignition switch and started the bike. I pulled in the clutch, put it in first gear, and the engine quit. I repeated the process several times, and every time I put the bike in gear, the engine quit. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

 

is your kickstand up or down? It will shut off if the kickstand is down and u put it in gear.

 

Doh! Went out and tried again after posting the question. I'm pretty surethey callthat a "senior moment". Anyway, thanks for the assist!

good to know only a senior moment and not a more serious issue. ride carefull the nuts on 4 wheels have forgotten how to drive in the rain out here.
