2005 c90t

New to forum. Just got a new to me 2005 C90T, and have a couple issues and questions.

Is there a pdf version of owners and shop manuals available here ?
When I press the starter button, sometimes it just makes a click sound, sometimes it fires right up. It's inconsistent and eventually turns over and fires up. Any ideas where to start diagnosing issue ?

My 05 boulevard at times has done that because of compression lock. I have to put it in 5th gear and push it about a foot to get the engine to crank and move the pistons.
