toe shifter

just got my c50 a few weeks ago is there anyway to raise the shift peg my boot will not fit under it

I'm about to buy a cobra exhaust for my newly purchased c50 from 4 Wheel Online, but don't know which would be better a slashed tip or a drag pipe? What would you recommend?
